Life Tips With Life Coach : Nina Ganguli

Q:  Hi Nina, I have been reading your Life Tips and am wondering; why I would need a Life Coach? How can you help me?

A:  Thank you for taking the time to read my Life Tips!  Since I don’t know the specifics of your life or situation, I will answer the best I can.

The function of a Life Coach or any coach for that matter is to support you to be a better you. My speciality is working with women who have come through a traumatic circumstance and are now looking to transition into a more stable and fulfilling life.  I empower them to shift their mindset and perspective so they can direct their lives in a positive direction.

I also work with women who are in their second stage of life (between 35-45).  Usually they are in their second career and/or their children are more independent.  These women are now turning inward, reflecting on their lives and are not sure what to do next. They feel stuck and are looking for clarity and direction.

Coaching is not an overnight process.  It takes time but is forward moving and solution focused.  Coaching can be anywhere from 4 to 12 one hour sessions.  During this time, we will look at where you’re currently at in your life and develop a vision for what you would like your life to be like in X number of months or years.  Then I help you create a plan as well as support you in overcoming your limiting beliefs so you can achieve your desired outcome.  I also hold you accountable to what you want to create so there is momentum and motivation to keep going and have the life that you want!  While there is structure in the sessions, each program is catered to the needs of the client.

It’s my honour to serve you! God bless!
