Anupam Kher and wife Kirron Kher son Sikander Kher couldn’t really make it big as far as his silver screen dream is concerned. The son of such talented actors in Bollywood, Sikander just couldn’t crack the code despite his tall good looks and above average acting abilities.

But now we hear that the actor is all set to settle down with girlfriend Priya Singh, who also happens to be actress Sonam Kapoor’s cousin. Priya is the daughter of interior designer and art connoisseur Kavita Singh and ACG Worldwide chief Jasjit Singh. Kavita is also Anil Kapoor’s wife Sunita’s sister.

Priya and Sikander have been together for four months, reveal sources, adding that Priya was supposed to marry 39-year-old Aashish Mahbubani, who passed away in October last year following a sudden cardiac arrest after his workout in the gym. Mid Day contacted Sikander for a confirmation on his engagement rumours, but he remained unavailable for comment. Sources say that the couple have already become engaged.

On the work front, Sikander will next be seen as a hillbilly American pretending to be a Punjabi Hollywood producer in Tere Bin Laden: Dead Or alive.
