For a while now, there has been buzz that actor-couple Malaika Arora Khan and Arbaaz Khan are planning to end their 17-year-old marriage. However, recent reports stated that Arbaaz’s brother, actor Salman Khan is trying to convince Malaika to reconsider her decision. When Malaika and Arbaaz were spotted having dinner together, their fans took a breather. However, nothing seems to be working. According to entertainment website Spotboye.com, Malaika met with divorce lawyer Vandana Shah recently.

The two reportedly had a long chat and there are a few points that Malaika is not willing to compromise on. The actor wants custody of their 14-year-old son Arhaan, but she will allow Arbaaz to visit. According to the website, Malaika told her that the marriage has not given her any financial stability. She also said that Arbaaz’s family wanted her to lead a simple and domestic life, which she is not okay with.

The report also says that while Malaika is yet to file for divorce, it can happen any day now.
