About Nina Ganguli and 365 in 2016: Can’t-aholic Rehab

Nina’s story is a compelling one! From the age of eight into her mid-twenties, Nina was sexually, psychologically and physically abused by her father. From the outside looking in, she had a “normal” childhood and seemed to have it all together. In 2007 her abuser died and this changed Nina’s world. Being so used to living under the constructs of abuse, at the age of 37 she had no idea who she was and how to direct her life. She hit a psychological rock bottom. During this time she was almost fired from a job she loved, was nearly estranged from her younger brother and lost her best friend of 10 years. Nina embarked on a journey of self discovery, and realized she was a Can’t-aholic, addicted to an “I Can’t” mindset. Over the past nine years, Nina has been in recovery, and has discovered how to move from “I Can’t” to “I Can!” Armed with her own journey and new found purpose as a Certified Professional Life Coach/Change Agent, Nina wants to empower other women to do the same. Each one of us can relate to living for others. Feeling empty at end the day thinking; I can’t dream and pursue the life I was born to live. Nina is creating a movement! Leveraging the new world shift toward deep connection with self and universal oneness with divine purpose, Nina aims to influence change in the lives of Can’t-aholics. 365 in 2016 to be exact!
