Authorities say the driver left the scene on foot before police arrived and remains at large.

Following the incident, Bathurst Street was temporarily closed in both directions between Avenal Drive and Avenue Road while crews responded to the scene. However, officials confirmed that all lanes were reopened shortly before 9 a.m.
